60-Day Refund Policy
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 60 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- The item is unused, with all the missing pieces.
- The item needs to be assembled or uninstalled.
- The original packaging is intact.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Provide the order number and proof of purchase.
- Share photos or videos of:
- The product(s)
- The original packaging, including the shipping label.
- Ship the item securely using its original packaging.
- Share the tracking number after shipping.
Refund Terms
- Restocking Fee: 25% of the product’s value.
- Partial Refund: 75%, processed after inspection at our warehouse.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
Note: Items damaged during the return process are ineligible for a refund. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Process a replacement or partial refund, depending on the issue.
- Offer a 100% refund for severely damaged non-functional items upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Assembled or disassembled products.
- Installed items.
- Items are missing original packaging or have personal damage to the packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless proven totally damaged upon delivery).
Order Cancellation
- Quick Ship Items: Cancellation within 24 hours of order placement.
- Other Products:
- Within 48 hours: 100% refund.
- After 48 hours (pre-shipment): 5% restocking fee.
- After shipment starts: 15% restocking fee + logistics diversion fee.
Customized products cannot be canceled once production begins. Early cancellations incur a 35% restocking fee.
Failed Delivery or Refused Package
- Failed Delivery: A 10% restocking fee applies for incorrect/incomplete addresses.
- Refused Package: Treated as a return, with a 25% restocking fee.
